Confirm attendance and quorum. Approve outstanding meeting minutes.
2. Board Appointments

Record J.V. Proesel’s resignation and recognize his service. Formalize Michael Fein’s appointment to the board. Formalize Chris Hartrich’s appointment as treasurer.
3. Treasurer’s Report and 2027 Budget Planning
10 minutes
Review current financials. Review remaining 2026 landscape funds and commitments. Establish the 2027 budget preparation timetable.
4. Landscape Committee: Fall Project Update
10 minutes
Review the signed JMR project and installation schedule. Confirm watering, homeowner communication, and completion inspection responsibilities. Discuss any remaining work outside the approved scope.
5. Landscape Committee: 2027 Entrance Improvements
10 minutes
Review the proposed concept and preliminary estimate. Discuss priorities, phasing, and budget direction. Confirm next steps for detailed proposals, competing bids, and potential Green Oaks grant funding.
6. Assessment-Collection Policy

Review KSN’s guidance on 2027 requirements. Assign preparation of the written policy and establish a review/adoption timetable.
